Where Your Sponsorship Money Goes

100% of sponsorship revenue funds the SMCHS Eagles Football Booster, a non-profit run by Eagles families. None of it pays coaches' salaries (the school covers those). Here's the breakdown.

Equipment + Helmet Maintenance

Helmets, shoulder pads, practice gear, and safety inspections. The biggest line item every season.

Transportation

Buses to away games, scrimmages, and team retreats. Saddleback Stadium isn't on campus, so transport matters every home game.

Uniforms

Team Retreats + Culture

Pre-season retreats, team dinners, and culture-building events that turn boys into men. The non-football reason the program is special.

Questions

When does my ad start running?

Print program ads run for all five home games at Saddleback. Field banners and on-field A-frames are placed at every Varsity home game. Social media posts run during the season (August-November 2026). Your logo on the sponsors page goes live as soon as you upload it.

I don't have a print-ready ad. What do I do?

Just upload your logo, fill in your business name, tagline, and contact info — we'll lay out a clean ad using a template and place it for you. If you have your own print-ready PDF, you can upload that instead and we'll use it as-is. Senior Dedications and Tributes also have layout included.

How do I pay by check?

Select "Pay by Check" at checkout — your sponsorship slot is reserved immediately. Mail your check (payable to Santa Margarita Eagle Foundation) to:

Why do I pick a player at checkout?

Ad sales are a tool players can utilize to help offset their participation fee. Your sponsorship is credited to the player who connected you to us. Don't know which player? Pick any active player, or contact us at [email protected].

When's the deadline?

Sales close July 17, 2026. After that, we can't add new sponsors for the 2026 season.

All graphics and ad materials are due by August 1, 2026 — that's when the print program goes to the printer. Earlier sponsors get better placement.

My business is a small local shop. Is this for us?

Absolutely. Most of our sponsors are local family-owned businesses — the dentist, the barber, the chiropractor, the restaurant. The JV / Community tier at $350 is built exactly for this — a quarter-page ad in the digital program emailed to every Eagles family, your banner at JV home games, and your name on the sponsors page all season.

Can I be the sponsor of a specific moment — like the Eagles touchdown graphic?

Yes. See the Premium Add-Ons section above. Exclusive placements (Touchdown Graphic, 1st Down Graphic, Pre-Game Intro Video, and the cover positions) are limited to one sponsor each per season — first come, first served.

What is a Senior Dedication or Tribute?

A printed tribute to a senior player. Photo, message from family, Eagles branding. Runs the full season in every print program (5 home games) AND every digital program emailed before every game. Layout is included, or you can upload your own finished design.
